Contact Just1v1 a real inbox, read by people

Contact Just1v1 by writing to [email protected], a single inbox that people read, for anything from a coin pack that did not arrive to a report you want followed up. This page shows how to sort your message so it lands with the right person the first time.

Where do you send your message?

Send it to [email protected]. It is the only official address, and it handles coins, accounts, bugs, safety follow-ups and press questions alike. We do not run a phone number or a support chat window, so email is the one channel that reaches the team.

Use a subject line that names the topic, such as "Coins" or "Report follow-up". It sounds minor, but it is how messages get sorted before anyone opens them.

Which kind of message are you sending?

Most messages fall into six groups, and each one needs slightly different details. Match yours to a row, put the topic word in your subject line, and include what the right-hand column lists. Doing that often spares you a second email asking for missing details.

What to gather before you hit send, by problem

Collect the evidence for your specific problem first, then write. A coin issue needs a receipt, a report follow-up needs the other person's nickname, a ban appeal needs your own account name. Below is the checklist for each case, including how to describe yourself if you were chatting as a guest.

Coins that did not arrive, or a refund question

Send a screenshot of the payment receipt or the confirmation email from the payment company, the pack you picked, and the date and rough time you paid. Add your Just1v1 nickname and the device and browser you used to buy. Crop out the card number; we only need the last digits if the receipt shows them. For a refund request, say why in a sentence or two; refunds follow the Terms of Service and consumer law where you live.

Adding material to a report you already filed

Give the nickname of the person you reported, the day and the rough time window of the chat, and whether it was video, voice or text. Attach any screenshot you took during the conversation. You do not need to retell everything; one or two lines on what happened, plus the new material, is enough for a moderator to match it to the original report.

Appealing a ban or restriction

Put "Appeal" in the subject and include your own nickname, the login method on the account if you have one, roughly when the restriction started, and what you were doing just before it. Explain plainly why you think it was a mistake. The team takes another look at it.

Deleting your account

Tell us your nickname and how you sign in (the email address or other account you logged in with). Send the request from that same email if you can; it helps us confirm the account is yours. If coins are still on the account, ask what happens to them before you request deletion.

Reporting a bug

List the device, the browser and its version if you know it, what you tapped, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or a short screen recording of the error helps a lot. If the problem was on a call, say whether it was video or voice and whether the other side could still see or hear you.

If you were using Just1v1 as a guest

A guest has no email or login on file, so describe the session instead: the nickname the site showed for you, the day and time window, the device and browser, and, for a payment, the receipt. Say whether you are still on the same phone or computer and browser, since that helps us find a guest session.

What gets you a useful reply sooner?

Specifics. A message that says "coins gone" starts a conversation; one that names the time, the device and the pack you bought usually ends one. Screenshots of an error message help too. Screenshots of other people's faces do not, so please crop them out.

  • Your nickname, or the email or account you log in with if you use one.
  • The date and approximate time, plus your time zone.
  • The device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
  • For purchases, the receipt from the payment company, not your card number.
  • One topic per email. Two problems in one message tend to get half an answer.

Nobody from Just1v1 will request your password, a login code or a full card number, whether by email or inside a chat. If someone does, it is not us; report them.

What if something cannot wait for an email?

Inside a chat, the fastest tools are already on your screen: Next ends the conversation, Block stops that person reaching you, and Report sends it to moderators straight away. Email is for what happens afterwards. Our Just1v1 safety page walks through each button in detail.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. We are a chat site, not an emergency service, and an email cannot reach help as fast as a phone call can.

A few answers you may already have

Plenty of questions already have a written answer on this site, and reading it takes less time than waiting for an email to come back. The pages below cover the topics people ask about most, from coins and data to what is allowed in a chat.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is the Just1v1 support email?

The address is [email protected]. It is the only official contact channel and covers coins, accounts, bugs, reports and press.

Does Just1v1 have a phone number or live chat support?

No. Support runs by email only. For anything urgent inside a conversation, use Next, Block or Report on the chat screen.

How do I delete my Just1v1 account?

Email [email protected] with the subject Account and mention how you log in. We will confirm once the account and its data are removed, apart from records we must keep by law.

My coins did not arrive. What should I do?

Write to [email protected] with Coins in the subject, plus your nickname, the time of purchase and the receipt from the payment company. Never send your full card number.

Will Just1v1 ever ask for my password?

No. Never. Our team does not request passwords, login codes or card details. Treat anyone claiming otherwise as an impostor and report them.
