Starting a chat

Do I need to sign up? No. Pick a mode (video, voice or text) and tap start. Logging in is optional and keeps your coins and follows across devices.
Who will I meet? Someone online at that moment, picked at random. Matching is mixed and there is no gender filter.
Can I choose who to talk to? Yes. Who's online lists people available now; tap one to call them directly with coins.
What does Next do? It closes this chat and brings up a fresh match. No reason is shown to the person you left.

Coins, rewards and free matches

Is it free? It is free to start. Newcomers have free matches waiting. More come from the Reward Center, a banner over the match screen that pays out for time online, several times a day.
When do I need coins? Once free matches run out, and for direct calls to people on Who's online.
Is there a subscription? No. Coins are sold in packs, each a one-time purchase. Nothing renews.
My coins did not arrive. Email support with the subject "Coins", your nickname, the time and the receipt.

Camera, microphone and connection

Black screen? Grant camera permission when the browser asks, or switch it on under the site permissions, and refresh the page.
They cannot hear me? Check that the right microphone is selected and that no other app is using it.
Video keeps freezing? Switch to a stronger Wi-Fi signal, close heavy tabs, or try voice mode instead.
Which browser should I use? An up-to-date version of any major browser, on a phone or a computer. If one misbehaves, update it or try another.

Using it like an app

Open your browser menu and pick "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone, or "Install app" on Android and desktop Chrome. An icon appears, and tapping it opens Just1v1 full screen without any app store. The 1v1 chat app page walks through it for each device.

Following, translation and Live

Follow someone from the chat screen to find and call them again later.
Translate any text message with one tap.
Live is a tab on Who's online where hosts stream. You can watch, comment and send gifts, and start a 1v1 call from the stream. Members cannot broadcast.

Safety and your account

Every chat screen carries Report and Block; Just1v1 safety explains them.
Calls are not recorded. Data handling is set out in the Privacy Policy.
To delete your account, email support with the subject "Account".
