Terms of Service the short version first

Using just1v1.com means accepting the terms on this page. The short version: be 18 or older, treat the other person decently, pay only for coins you chose to buy, and accept that a live chat with a stranger comes with limits nobody can fully remove. The detail follows.

Who can use Just1v1

To use Just1v1 you need to be at least 18, and of an age where local law lets you sign an agreement. Opening a chat confirms both. One person, one account: accounts cannot be shared, sold or handed over.

What the service is

Just1v1 matches you at random with one other person for a video, voice or text conversation, and lets you call people who are online or whom you follow. Matching is mixed; nobody is guaranteed a certain type of match. The service may change, pause or drop features over time.

Free matches, rewards and coins

Getting started is free. Fresh accounts come with a few free matches. Further ones come from the Reward Center as you spend time online, within limits we set and may adjust.
Coins pay for further matches and direct calls. They come only from packs you decide to buy.
Every coin pack is a one-time purchase. No plan, no auto-renewal, no recurring charge.
Coins are a licence to use features on Just1v1. They are worth nothing in cash, cannot move between accounts and cannot be swapped for money; refunds apply only where consumer law requires them.
If a purchase fails or coins do not arrive, email us the receipt and we will trace what happened.

Conduct you sign up to

Everything in the Community Guidelines applies here as well. Most importantly, you agree not to:

harass, threaten or demean anyone;
show or ask for explicit content;
record, screenshot or share another person without their consent;
ask for money, gifts or payment details, or promote anything;
impersonate someone else, including Just1v1 staff;
use bots, scripts or tricks to farm rewards, or interfere with the service.

Moderation and account removal

Moderators look at reports and can warn, limit, pause or close any account found breaking these terms; for serious cases there may be no prior notice. Coins on an account removed for breaking the rules are forfeited. If you think we got it wrong, email us and we will take another look.

What you are responsible for

Whatever you say or show on camera is on you. Other members are strangers; we cannot vouch for what they say about themselves, and anything you share with them is shared at your own risk. Calls are not recorded by Just1v1, but we cannot stop another person filming their own screen.

Limits on our liability

Just1v1 comes without warranties beyond those the law insists on. We work to keep it available and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular outcome from a conversation. Indirect losses, and harm caused by how another member behaves, fall outside what we can be held to, to whatever extent local law permits that. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Changes, ending and contact

Leaving is always an option, and so is asking for your account to be erased. Revised terms carry a fresh date at the top; using the site after that counts as accepting them. Questions go to [email protected].
