Just1v1 (just1v1.com) connects adults for one-to-one conversations by video, voice and text, straight from the browser. You can begin as a guest without handing over an email address. Moderation, coins and matching each depend on a few pieces of data, and every one of them is named below.

Information we hold

What we keep depends on how you use the site. A guest who never buys anything leaves far less behind than a logged-in member with a coin balance.

Every visitor: a random identifier saved in your browser, device and browser type, the approximate country or region your IP address points to, and your confirmation that you are at least 18.
Each conversation: when it started and ended, the mode used, and the two accounts involved. Typed messages are relayed by our servers to reach the other side.
Safety records: reports you file, reports filed against you, your block list, material attached to a report and the moderator's notes on it.
Your balances: free matches, Reward Center claims and coins.
If you log in: the login method you picked, your nickname, the people you follow and your saved settings.
If you buy coins: the pack, the time and the payment company's confirmation. Card numbers are handled by that company and never reach Just1v1.
Support emails you send us and our replies.

What we never collect or do

Video and voice calls are not recorded, and no copy of them is stored.
We do not sell personal information, rent it out or hand it to advertisers.
We do not ask for ID documents, your home address or your contacts list.
We do not read your camera or microphone outside a call you started.

Why we use the information

To match you with someone and keep the connection stable.
To keep free matches, rewards and coins accurate.
To act on reports, take rule-breakers off the site and stop banned accounts from slipping back.
To find bugs, understand load and make the service better.
To reply when you write to us.
To keep the purchase and tax records the law requires.

Who else touches it

A handful of providers help run Just1v1: servers and video relay, payment processors, page analytics and an email service for support replies. Each gets only the slice of information its task needs and is bound to use it for that task alone.

Authorities receive information from Just1v1 when a legal obligation forces it, or when a person seems to face serious harm.

How long it stays

Conversation records and text messages are kept for a limited period so that reports can be checked, then deleted. Safety records about a removed account may be kept longer to stop it coming back. Purchase records stay as long as tax law demands. When you delete your account, the rest goes.

Your choices

Clear your browser storage to reset a guest identifier.
Ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Account".
Turn off the camera at any time and chat by voice or text instead.
Local law may give you extra rights, such as correcting data or objecting to certain uses. Ask us and we will explain how they apply.

Adults only

Just1v1 is not for anyone under 18. An account found to belong to a minor is closed, and the data tied to it is erased.
